This policy explains how WyZaLaser processes personal data submitted through the contact form or provided during communication about laser cleaning services.
This policy is common to the Slovak, Czech and English versions of the website. For a specific enquiry, personal data is processed primarily by the provider responsible for the country of service or as individually agreed with the customer.

- WyZaLaser is the trade name for mobile laser cleaning services provided in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
- For services and enquiries concerning the Slovak Republic, the personal data controller is usually Zenon s.r.o., Haburská 19, 821 01 Bratislava, Company ID: 47232129, Tax ID: 2023180797.
- For services and enquiries concerning the Czech Republic, the personal data controller is usually Leoš Wyczawski, Company ID: 62847295, registered seat: Oblekovická 445/96, 671 81 Znojmo.
- Where necessary to handle an enquiry, plan a visit or carry out a job in the other country, the controllers listed above may share the customer’s necessary data with each other.
2. Data We Process
We process data that the customer voluntarily provides in the contact form or in follow-up communication: name, e-mail, phone number, country, city, surface type, project description and any attachment.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to handle enquiries, prepare price estimates, communicate with customers, conclude and perform contracts and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is mainly pre-contractual communication, contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation.
4. Data Recipients
Data may be made available to persons providing website operation, e-mail services, accounting or other necessary technical support. We do not provide data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
5. Retention Period
Enquiry data is kept for the time necessary to handle communication and any related job. Data related to invoicing and accounting is retained for the period required by applicable law.

The data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Photos and Attachments
Photos, videos or documents sent as attachments are used to assess service suitability, prepare a price estimate and communicate about the enquiry. Reference use of photos or videos is possible only by agreement with the customer.
